The village in Buckinghamshire i s a remote and curiously spacious spread out round a square of lanes with wide grass verges. hosts a 12th century Norman Parish church where John Wycliffe translated the Bible into English. There are many walks in and around the village. It’s mainly farmland there are no shops at all in the village but it does have the village pub and pub lunches and a telephone box and a bus visits once a week.. Nearby is a red brick key Civil War town with a celebrated Windmill and an adjacent real ale pub the village is 6 from Bicester, 15 from Oxford and about the same from Aylesbury, from London.. approx 50 miles..
